Woodsboro ISD is a small rural 2A school district on highway 77 between Refugio and Sinton. The 217-square mile district serves 518 students. Woodsboro ISD is comprised of two schools, an elementary campus serving grades Pre-K through 5th and a combined junior and senior high campus for students in 6th through 12th grade.
