Mercedes attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in the state of Texas. Soon after graduation, she started at Region 3 as the Woodsboro ISD AWARE Texas Mental Health/Behavioral Health Specialist. When not counseling, you can find her worshiping at church, in the desert of West Texas, or in the mountains of Colorado.
